DM Immobiliare

Goal

DM Immobiliare develops residential projects and accompanies people buying or selling a home. The site has two jobs: showing the projects under way, each with its own page, location, status, description of the spaces and a form to ask about that project; and presenting the advisory services, from finding a home to selling one, up to tailor-made projects. All of it in two languages, Italian and German, because the audience reads in both.

Audience

People looking for a home, to buy or to rent, who want to see a project before calling. People who want to sell and are looking for someone to manage the sale from start to finish. People who want a residential project built to their own needs. The German version exists for the part of this audience that reads in German, and it is not a courtesy translation: it is an entrance of its own.

Design logic

The menu holds the projects, about us and the contacts, plus the language. The project is the unit of the site: one page each, with location, status, description and an information request tied to that project rather than to a generic form. The services sit on the home page as a promise, and every path ends at the contact. Keeping the pages few keeps the site readable and easy to update when a project changes status or a new one is added.
