Anyone with a project neither world can look at whole — and who has so far received two opinions that never speak to each other.
Why it exists
A project that sits between a stage and a server gets two opinions that never speak to each other: the people who know the music do not know what it costs to make something stand up on its own, and the people who know the systems do not know what happens at seven in the evening with the audience already inside.
The opinion that is needed is a single one, and it has to hold both halves. That is the only reason this service exists on a site that already has two consulting services on the other side.
What it is not
It is not production and it is not development. It is the step before: deciding whether the thing stands up at all, and in what shape it is worth making.
Which of the three
There are three on this site, and the difference is not the price:
- this one looks at an ARTISTIC PROJECT with technology inside it;
- “Consulting and second opinions”, on the tech side, looks at a SYSTEM that already exists — a slow site, a quote received, a choice between two technologies;
- “Consulting and partners”, also on the tech side, looks at nothing: it is for when the project is too big for me and the useful thing is pointing at whoever should build it.
If you knocked on the wrong door I will say so in the first email, and it is not a problem.
