Why a goal

People who come to learn in general learn more slowly than people who come with one specific thing to do by a specific date. The goal does not narrow the work: it gives direction to everything else, and by the end you have also learned what was not on the list.

What actually gets learned

Music production: how an arrangement is built, where the problem is when a piece does not move, how to listen to a mix without falling in love with it. Logic Pro X is where all of that happens, and it is learned by doing — not with the menus open.

Arriving without Logic is not a problem: the first concepts hold on any program, and we decide together whether buying it makes sense.

One to one

An hour at a time, in person or remote. We meet when it helps, not every Tuesday on principle.

We work on your track, not on an exercise project: at the end of every path there is a finished thing you can play to someone.

For a group

Training built to fit schools, associations and small teams. First a conversation with whoever organises it, then a path built for that particular group.

In a group the method changes, not the content: we work on one track, together, and everyone takes the session home.
