Where to paste it
The signature is a table with the styles written inside, and that is not old code: Outlook for Windows renders HTML with the Word engine, where stylesheets in the head never arrive and modern layout does not exist. A table arrives the same everywhere.
No images: a logo hosted elsewhere is a network request on every email opened, and half the clients block it — in its place you would see a broken rectangle.
What you type never leaves this page and is not saved.
It builds an HTML email signature and puts it on your clipboard, ready to paste into the settings of Outlook, Gmail or Mail.
Fields you leave empty disappear along with their separator: leave out the phone and you do not get a stray dot hanging in the air.
Because Outlook for Windows renders HTML with the Word engine. In there, modern layout does not exist, stylesheets in the document head are discarded, negative margins are ignored and padding on boxes is unreliable.
A table with the style written inside every cell is the only thing that arrives the same everywhere. It looks like old code and it is code that works: this is the one place on the web where those two coincide.
A logo hosted somewhere is a network request on every email opened: an unintended tracker, which the recipient did not ask for. And half the mail clients block external images by default, so instead of the logo you would see a broken rectangle.
In their place there is bold text and colour, which always arrive.
On a secure connection the signature goes to the clipboard twice: as HTML and as text. In Gmail’s signature box it arrives formatted, in a plain text field it arrives readable.
Outside a secure connection — for instance testing this site from a phone over the local network — the browser will not copy formatted text: then you get the source, and the tool says so. That is a different result, and it goes where the client asks for the signature code.
No images, no logos, no promotional banners, no pre-filled legal disclaimers. No saving: reload the page and the fields are empty.
No check that the address exists: it checks that it is an address, not that it answers.
What you type never leaves this page, is not sent anywhere and is not saved.

Items, discount, VAT and total, with a free rate and Swiss and Italian presets. It prints as an A4 document, with the client's address set for a window envelope.
People down the rows, days across the columns, and the shifts split fairly. Mark who is away by clicking a cell, and the real spread is always written.
