Items, discount, VAT and total, with a free rate and Swiss and Italian presets. It prints as an A4 document, with the client's address set for a window envelope.
Free, in the browser, no account
The data lives in this page: reload and it is gone. Print or save as PDF before closing.
One line each: name, street, postcode and town, VAT number if any.

The presets were verified on 2026-08-02. The rate stays free to edit.
This is not an invoice: no sequential numbering, no archive, no ledger. It is a quote to print or send as PDF. The discount applies before VAT, which is the right order; rounding to five cents touches the amount payable, not the net or the tax.
Nothing leaves this page and nothing is saved.
A quote on one page: the items, the subtotal, the discount, the VAT and the total. With a header — who is issuing, the client’s address, the document number, the date, the notes — and a print sheet that is a document rather than a web page.
Pressing «print or save as PDF» does not produce this page stripped down: it produces an A4 sheet with the header, the table and the totals, and nothing else. No menu, no footer, no background.
The client’s address sits where it is needed. Top right, forty-five millimetres from the top edge of the sheet: that is where the window of an envelope is, so the quote folds and posts without rewriting the address by hand.
The PDF is made by the browser, with its own print function: no library, and the text in the file stays selectable and searchable.
That is not a programmer’s detail: in floating point 0.1 + 0.2 does not make 0.3, and a quote
that is one cent out over twenty rows is a wrong quote that nobody catches until the client redoes
the sums.
The discount applies before VAT. That is the right order for tax — the tax is calculated on what is actually paid — and the only one that gives a total the client finds again when they check.
The two presets — Switzerland 8.1% and Italy 22% — were verified against official sources, and the date of that check is written under the field. A rate hard-coded with no date is a number that ages in silence, and here an old number produces a wrong quote that looks right.
The rate stays free to edit: reduced rates depend on the goods or the service, not on the country, and putting them in a menu would invite picking one at random.
In Switzerland it is the amount payable in cash that gets rounded, not the net and not the tax. Turn it on and the total goes to the nearest multiple of five cents, with the exact one still written beside it: two different numbers, and both are needed.
No sequential numbering, no archive, no ledger, no mandatory tax fields. A real invoice needs tax requirements this tool does not have and does not pretend to have: the document is titled «Quote» and it will never be titled anything else.
The «Document no.» field is free for exactly that reason: it is a reference you choose, not a numbering somebody keeps for you.
The data lives in this page: reload and it is gone. That is written at the top of the tool and not at the bottom, because it is the thing to know before entering fifteen items.

People down the rows, days across the columns, and the shifts split fairly. Mark who is away by clicking a cell, and the real spread is always written.
Paste two lists and see who is only here, only there, and in both, with counts and a button to copy each column.
